    • First company: Grew to £12million turnover and established market growth in India, Dubai and Singapore.

    • Second company: Established an entire export division which involved creating systems, procedures and a clear plan for growth. This brought in £1.5million worth of sales and over 60 new customers.

    • CRM: From £1million turnover in 2018 to £4.5million in 2023 by introducing new systems, procedures and taking advantage of opportunities. Raised customer base from 100 to over 400 across over 38 countries.

    • History of selling over 200 grades of materials globally to over 40 different countries.

I started out in Manufacturing around 20 years ago and have always had a growth mindset, to the extent of growing company turnovers to the millions, establishing markets, supply chains and agent networks across the world and increasing customer bases globally. Using my expertise of business development, strategising, engaging sales teams, negotiation and team management, I have grown companies beyond their targets which has earned them award-winning statuses and millions in turnover - the highest achieving £12million turnover and the most prestigious award, The Queen’s Award, being awarded to CRM; where I am currently a Director. I am also a Board Member of the BVAA, Vice Chair on the British Stainless Steel Association


Being a strong believer in Collaboration and Networking to help support local business and to promote the Metals Industry worldwide, I host my own network group, Island Networking, to not only grow my own network but also the network of local businesses whether new or experienced.

I am very passionate about raising the aspirations of young people, especially around manufacturing and making sure local businesses are successful; which is why I am a Governor of Post 16 for the Aston Community Education Trust and an Enterprise Advisor for Rotherham Investment & Development Office. I also promote Careers Education and Apprenticeships and have experience at training apprentices, school assemblies, careers days, interview techniques and work experience. It’s important that we continue to support and invest in the next generation.

It is important for businesses to not only grow but to grow in the structured systematic way, and with my expertise, helps business owners get the recognition and platform they deserve as well as establishing an amazing supportive network. Having the right systems and structures in place give business owners more free time and allows them the opportunity to work more on the business instead of in it.

I‘ve started this business to enable me to help local businesses grow and to make sure they are able to access the expertise they need at the fraction of the cost. This is important to me because I love helping people grow, network and succeed.
